The smartphone family from Motorola it keeps growing. Shortly after the launch of three new models, leaks indicate that another member of the Moto G line should be launched in 2021, the Moto G Stylus.

In addition to it, the Moto G Play and Moto G Power models are expected to reach the United States market. However, both are “old acquaintances” of Brazilian users, as you will see throughout the article.

To date, no image of the Moto G Stylus 2021 (XT2115) has been revealed. According to Steve Hemmerstoffer, from OnLeaks, the device has a 6,8 ″ screen, measuring 169,6 mm in height and 73,7 mm in width, with 8,8 mm in thickness, with 10,9 mm in the area of the cameras frame.

The intermediary, who appears to compete with the LG Stylo 7 and Galaxy Note 20, from Samsung, it would have a 16MP front camera and four lenses at the rear, a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra wide camera, a 2MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro. The design follows the current trend, placing the cameras in a prominent relief.

As the name implies, the device will be accompanied by a stylus that can be stored in a compartment located at the bottom. The area also houses a 3,5 mm headphone jack. Hemmerstoffer sources report that the fingerprint sensor will be integrated with the Motorola logo on the back of the device.

The look of the smartphone was also leaked by Nils Ahrensmeier, with a slight difference in the elevation that houses the cameras. The “leaker” (experts in rumors and unofficial information) even presented a supposed real image of the device, which displays a rectangular design, while the rendering of Hemmerstoffer bets on a square highlight.

From what we see in the image leaked by Ahrensmeier, the fingerprint sensor would not be located on the Motorola logo, but on a button located on the side. The information matches what was revealed by the journalist Evan Blass in November 2020. Blass also reported that the smartphone has a processor Snapdragon 675, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The battery would have a capacity of 4000 mAh.

Moto G Play and Moto G Power

Other models from Motorola's 2021 line that had their visuals leaked were the Moto G Play (XT2093) and Moto G Power (XT2117), both revealed by Ahrensmeier. However, the Brazilian user will realize right away that there is not much "new" in both.

The first is a “lower” version of the Moto E7 Plus (XT2081) for the United States market. It has a Snapdragon 460 processor, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The selfie camera houses a 5MP sensor, while the back contains a 13MP main lens and a 2MP main lens, which would be a Macro sensor. The battery would have a capacity of 5000 mAh.

Launched in Brazil in September last year, the E7 Plus has the same Snapdragon 460 processor, but has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The batteries of the two devices have the same capacity, however, the E7 Plus has a fast charge of 10W and its main camera has a 48MP sensor.

The Moto G Power 2021 is the weakest “clone” in the Moto G9 Power (XT2091) intended for the US public. Both come equipped with the Snapdragon 662 processor, but while the first has versions with 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of storage, the second has only a 4 GB octa-core chipset and 128 GB of internal space for files and applications.

The cameras also differ, with an advantage for the “Brazilian version”. The Moto G Power has an 8 MP selfie camera and a 48 MP main sensor at the rear, but the G9 Power has lenses with quad-pixel technology and 16 MP and 64 MP, respectively. The depth and macro sensors appear to be the same in both models, with 2 MP in each.

The batteries that are the highlights in the devices are also different. The G Power has “measly” 4850 mAh, against 6000 mAh of the G9 Power. According to Motorola's estimate, it is capable of running for up to 60 hours before it goes down to power.
