Ratchet & Clank is released for free on PlayStation 4 and 5
The game “Ratchet & Clank”, released in 2016 and exclusive to PlayStation, was released free of charge for PS4 and PS5.
It is worth mentioning that you do not need to be a PS Plus subscriber to access the games: just connect your console to the internet, enter the virtual store and get a copy.
The action is part of the “Play at Home” initiative, which in the early weeks of the Covid-19 pandemic offered free games to all PlayStation 4 owners.
The goal was to encourage people to stay at home. A year later, with 2,5 million people killed by the new coronavirus worldwide, Sony is taking another round of action.
But beware: the free version of “Ratchet & Clank” will only be available until the 31st.
Developed by Insomniac Games, the game is a remake of the original that was released in 2002 for the PlayStation 2.
In fact, the continuation of the game, called "Rift Apart", hits the market on June 11 for the PS5.
