at least one of the expectations for the Apple event of September 14th did not take place. Rumors indicated the launch of the new AirPods 3 along with the iPhone 13, but Apple's wireless headphones didn't show up on that date.
However, according to the website Digitimes, Os AirPods 3 can actually be released before the end of the year. Rumors suggest that AirPods 3 are already in the mass production, with Apple planning to announce the product at a second event later this fall in the US. The launch of AirPods 3 can also happen through an official press release, as happened with the AirPods Pro in 2019.
In addition to AirPods 3, the Cupertino company is expected to use this second event to launch a MacBook Pro 16-inch camera with improved Apple Silicon, plus a 14-inch MacBook Pro with chip M1X from Apple.

But this news is just rumors for now. It remains to be seen if this second Apple event will actually happen, and with it the official launch of the new AirPods 3.
