As a expected, Samsung launched in China the Samsung W22 5G, a version of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 made especially for the local market. The look draws attention, with the side with the hinge in gold, which gives a good contrast with the back in black, which has the “Heart Of The World” brand also in gold.
Samsung W22 5G is supercharged version of Galaxy Z Fold 3
Just like the original model, the new device is very expensive, and costs 16,999 yuan, or about R$ 14.557 in direct conversion, but that value already includes the S Pen, and it is a turbocharged version of the Z Fold 3. Despite having the same processor, the Snapdragon 888, it comes with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of capacity. The sale starts on the 14th in China.
Like the original, this device is also waterproof with IPX8 protection. Remember that Samsung traditionally launches a Fold line version for the Chinese market, like last year with the Samsung W21 5G, version of Galaxy Fold 2.
Samsung has also launched a case branded "Heart Of The World", which has a compartment to store the S Pen, revealed in the image above, taken by the website Read, who attended the launch event at a hotel in Hangzhou, China.
An interesting detail is that the S Pen itself has a gold band, to match the Samsung W22 5G.
