Na noite de quinta-feira (9), no horário local, e madrugada desta sexta (10), no horário de Brasília, o Game Awards 2021 entregou ao título ‘It Takes Two’ o prêmio de jogo do ano. O game venceu ‘Deathloop’, ‘Metroid Dread’, ‘Psychonauts 2’, ‘Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart’ e ‘Resident Evil Village‘ na categoria.
‘It Takes Two’ é uma aventura de plataforma criada para ser jogada em modo cooperativo. Os jogadores entram no game como o casal Cody e May, humanos transformados em bonecos por um feitiço que vivem em conflito. “Preso em um mundo fantástico, o casal é relutantemente desafiado a salvar seu relacionamento conturbado pelo guru do amor Dr. Hakim”, diz a sinopse do título.

Em ‘It Takes Two’, os usuários encontram diversos desafios que separam os personagens do retorno ao normal. O game foi lançado no mês de março deste ano, para os consoles, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One e Xbox Series X/S e também para PC.
